My daughter had her teen bday party and the planning process was easy. The day of, the host was helpful, the timeline was easy but the food was "ok" and the price was a little high, but well worth it for the teens to just run amok and have fun together.

Went the last 2 hours of closing for bowling birthday. Better food than expected with it having bar options. Good size portions for the cost. Good alcohol choices.

This place is amazing! So many different activities and things to do. The bar service was slow, but the drinks were delicious. We had beer and cocktails. The Mai tai was delicious. We played bowling, pool, and then we had a gluten free pepperoni pizza that was delicious. You couldn’t even tell it was gluten free!

We’ve had Payton D. as our waitress twice now and she’s seriously the best! Super friendly, always in a good mood, and just a great vibe all around. Both times we came in, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. Even when my pizza came out wrong, she didn’t hesitate to fix it and made sure everything turned out right. She really goes above and beyond to make the experience better. People like her are the reason we keep coming back!

Thank you Main Event for hosting such an awesome birthday party for my son. The whole group had the best time. Food was great, games were super fun, and the service was amazing. Also, for a three-hour party the price point per person was very reasonable. A special shout out to our party host Sara. She was so great with the kids, offered tremendous customer service, and had a lovely personality. Please recognize her for a job well done, as you have an amazing Team member in her.

Staff here is great, they make the experience. When we have troubles with broken machines they don't hesitate to give credits back. Bowling here is always fun and since we got the summer pass way more affordable. Haven't really had a disappointment food or drink wise and if there is something wrong, they take care of it. The obstacle course up above is great and Laser tag is pretty fun. Can't wait to try the mini golf at the other location with our passes!

I literally could not ask for a better team running this location. From pricing to food issues or the occasional child cause injury they had it covered. We were here for 6 hours while I brought my nieces and nephews. They never wrote off our problems or did everything they could to make them better. All the problems I was experiencing were my own fault but they corrected them according with much respect. Hunter was the best waiter bar non for any experience for our bowling stint or any other dining experience & the bartender was a angel with fast service and great conversation.

My husband and I reserved a time for the Verse experience. Our first contact was with Tabitha at the front podium. She was helpful and so nice. Dakota was the employee at the Verse area! I can't say enough nice things about him. He was knowledgeable, friendly and so very helpful. Thank you for having them both as employees!
